Abstract
Three taxa of Myrtaceae leaf macrofossils, including Eucalyptus sp. an d Metrosideros sp., are described from Miocene Manuherikia Group sedim ents of Central Otago, New Zealand. A number of undetermined myrtacean leaves are also illustrated. Two types of Myrtaceae fruiting bodies a re described. One of these is identified as Eucalyptus sp.
