Abstract
A primary myocardial hemangioma of the left ventricle was diagnosed in a 47-year-old man in 1986. Because of its small size no treatment was recommended. Repeat cardiac catheterization was performed five years later. The hemangioma remained basically unchanged. Thus, small primar y myocardial hemangiomas do not have to be treated.
