Abstract
In this paper, the results of structural investigations of grown-on-su bstrate and free-standing filament-like silicon crystals are presented . The lattice parameter of free-standing crystals decreases with a dec rease of their diameter, while the dilatation of lattice of grown-on-s ubstrate whiskers is observed.
