Abstract
Treatment of aryl allenylmethyl ethers with tris(4-bromophenyl)aminium hexachloroantimonate in acetonitrile at room temperature induces a fa cile cation radical induced Claisen rearrangement to yield 2-(o-hydrox yaryl)buta-1,3-dienes.
