S. Delacote et al., A STUDY OF THE IONIC-CONDUCTIVITY OF LITH IUM TRIFLATE COMPATIBLE ELECTROLYTE GELS WITH ELECTROCHROMIC SYSTEMS, Journal de chimie physique et de physico-chimie biologique, 95(6), 1998, pp. 1563-1566
Gelified electrolytes have been realised by photopolymerisation of tet
ra(ethyleneglycol)diacrylate (TEG), The plasticiser is a ternary solve
nt composed of ethylelenecarbonate (EC), propylenecarbonate (PC) and 2
-dimetoxyethylether (diglyme, DG), The conductivity is obtained by add
ition of lithium trifluoromethane sulfonate (triflate, TL), The compos
ition of the plasticiser has been optimized in order to obtain a stabl
e and optically transparent material in the temperature range: -25 to
100 degrees C and a conductivity of ca 5x10(-4) S cm(-1) at 20 degrees
C, All these physical properties are compatible with the use of this
material in electrochromic systems.
