Abstract
Cephalosporins: cefoxitin, cefsulodin, cefalotin, cefotaxime, ceftriax one, cefalexin and cefamandole were separated by TLC method on silica gel and silanized silica gel RPC18, by a horizontal development, using selected mobile phases. The substances were identified by UV irradiat ion (over the amounts 0.8 mu g) and with using different reagents.
