Abstract
Osteosclerotic myeloma is a plasma-cell dyscrasia characterized by ost eosclerotic bone lesions, which may be associated with progressive dem yelinating polyneuropathy. We describe a 49-year-old patient with rapi dly deteriorating polyneuropathy associated with osteosclerotic myelom a, who responded favorably to a combination of intravenous immunoglobu lin and radiotherapy.
