2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OF THE GERMAN BUNDE STAG IN THE INTERNET - CONCEPT, ORGANIZATION, EXPERIENCES, IMPACT AND FUTURE

Two years after implementation of an internet service for the German B undestag with the URL http://www.bundestag.de first conclusions will b e drawn, After a description of the project development with the main milestones, tasks and alms that should be achieved by the introduction of internet technology will be described. This is followed by an expl anation of the contents of the internet programme for the public with special consideration of some interactive issues. Another local point is the different kinds of statistics used for analysing user satisfact ion with services and aspects of their further development. Finally te chnical and personnel resources for building up the whole service will be described.
