Abstract
This paper is a continuation of El-Ghoul [Fuzzy Sets and Systems 58 (1 993) 335-363; 80 (1995) 389-396]. It introduces a new type of some fuz zy manifolds, the connection between fuzzification and a physical phen omena are deduced. The ideal case of this type of phenomenalism is con sidered at mu = I. The relation between the retractions and the foldin g of these types of fuzzy manifolds are discussed. Theorems governing these relations are obtained. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
