Abstract
The thermocapillary effect is used to explain the phenomenon of shrink age observed during the annealing of YBa2Cu3O7-delta components. The p roposed model can be used to estimate the characteristic time taken fo r pores to reach che surface of ceramic samples. (C) 1997 American Ins titute of Physics. [S1063-7850(97)03104-2].
