Abstract
Participation of alpha-tocopherol and glutathione in defense of membra ne from formation damages leading to haematoporphyrin photosensitized erythrocytes hemolysis is shown. Under intensive photodynamic action r esulting in cell lysis directly on lighting main defense role plays me mbrane bound alpha-tocopherol; under erythrocytes hemolysis in dark af ter shot photodynamic action - decisive meaning has cytoplasm glutathi one.
