Abstract
A new model of the internal pH-gradient formation, based on the descri ption of both homogeneous and heterogeneous equilibria through explici t forms of appropriate equilibria constants is proposed. The correspon ding program ''CF'' for computation of the profile of all internal pH- gradient generated in systems containing a weak anion-exchanger and mi xture of acids as an eluent was developed based an this model. The cru cial effect of ionic strength on the profile of pH-gradient was found for the first time.
