Abstract
The far-infrared FEL based on the L-band linac at ISIR, Osaka Universi ty is being modified so that the laser wavelength can be extended to t he longer wavelength region. After the wiggler and the bending magnets were remodeled and the Vacuum chambers were replaced, we have observe d laser oscillation at wavelengths from 21 to 126 mu m. (C) 1998 Elsev ier Science B.V.
