Abstract
Improvements of pulsed wire method are made with the purpose to make i t applicable for accurate held measurements in long undulators. It is shown that the focusing strength of an undulator can be measured with rather high accuracy for both transverse directions. A new approach fo r solution of the sag problem is suggested enabling to resolve this pr oblem. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
