An experimental investigation has been made of the dielectric properti
es of planar Cu-Cr/Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 and YBa2Cu3O7-delta/Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 s
tructures in the temperature range 78-300 K. It is shown that the use
of YBa2Cu3O7-delta electrodes in Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 film structures ensure
s that there is no dielectric hysteresis in the paraelectric phase. At
the same time, the dielectric nonlinearity is preserved and the diele
