Abstract
The short-range order parameter in the Ag0.5Pd0.5 alloy is estimated b y means of a first principles calculation with the all electron Self-C onsistent-Field Korringa-Kohn-Rostoker Cluster Coherent-Potential-Appl ication. It is predicted that the Ag0.5Pd0.5 alloy has a quasi-stable state completely disordered. (C) 1998 Published by Elsevier Science Lt d. All rights reserved.
