Abstract
A 66-year-old woman presented with a painful swollen finger and was sh own radiographically to have dorsal dislocation of both interphalangea l joints, which responded to immobilisation and physiotherapy. Unlike single dislocations of finger joints double dislocations are rare, onl y 52 cases have been reported between 1874 and 1992 to our knowledge.
