Abstract
Fused-norbornene BLOCKs, formed by the condensation of porphyrin vic-d iamines with polyalicyclic alpha-diones, have been used to produce mon o-porphyrin systems linked to other effector units or new U-type cavit y bis-porphyrins using ACE or s-tetrazine coupling protocols.
