Abstract
Patagonicol [1], a diterpenoid with a eunicellin skeleton, was isolate d from the soft coral Alcyonium patagonicum. The structure of 1 was de termined by X-ray diffraction, and detailed H-1 and C-13 assignments w ere made via 1D and 2D nmr experiments.
