Abstract
The relationship between socioeconomic status and nutrient intake was examined in a recent study. The investigators used three different exp ressions of nutrient intake in an attempt to overcome the confounding effect of underreporting on interpretation of dietary intake data. Bio logic validation attempts were inconclusive as to which expression yie lded the most accurate results.
