Abstract
In this paper the influence of C-60 geometry on low-energy elastic sca ttering and attachment of free electrons is studied. Strong resonances in the total capture cross sections are found for energies correspond ing to negative-ion resonances. The resonance structure is shown to be very sensitive to the actual geometry of the molecular core, the icos ahedral symmetry of which is completely taken into account.
