Abstract
We have analyzed the dependence of the thermal electron capture rate c onstant on molecular parameters as dipole moment, electronic and orien tational polarizabilities. We have found that there is a linear depend ence between the logarithm of the rate constant and the electronic pol arizability on the electron-accepting center.
