Abstract
Coronary manifestations of polyarteritis nodosa (PAN) are rarely ident ified pre-mortem. We report a 51-year-old female with PAN causing a co ronary dissection and new lesions developing over the next 5 days. PAN should be added to the list of differential diagnoses for spontaneous coronary dissections. (C) 1998 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
