Abstract
The title molecule has an all-cis ring-fusion tricyclic structure. wit h the angular isopropyl group next to the two cyclohexene ring substit uents. The cyclohexenedione ring is in a sofa conformation, the middle cyclohexene ring adopts a half-chair conformation and the cyclohexane ring adopts an almost-ideal chair conformation. The molecule adopts a n overall distorted-hemispherical conformation.
