Abstract
Large granular lymphocyte proliferation has been reported in associati on with rheumatoid arthritis. We report an unusual association between a pleural mesothelioma and an unusual form of large granular prolifer ation of CD3+, CD3+, CD8-, CD56+ cells. This case sheds light on the p ossible causal relationship between these 3 conditions.
