Abstract
The heat strength of the nickel alloy KhN58KVTYuMB is compared for an equiaxial structure and the structure after directed crystallization. Directed crystallization produces significant differences in structure , associated with enlargement of the structural components, increase i n solvus temperature, and a dependence of the skin resistance on the c rystallographic orientation.
