Abstract
In this work we study the limit behavior of the solution of Poisson's equation in a domain ''with junctions'' when the ''thickness'' of the domain goes to zero. Then we apply these results to obtain the torsion constants for thin-walled elastic beams. The same problem in a domain ''without junctions'' was considered in an earlier Note.
