Abstract
X-linked agammaglobulinemia (XLA) is an immunodeficiency caused by mut ations in the gene coding for Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK). A databa se (BTKbase) of BTK mutations has been compiled, and its use and the r esultant information are discussed in this article.
