Abstract
(S)-Methylphenylvinylphosphine oxide (1) undergoes facile Pd-catalyzed coupling with functionalized aryl and vinyl halides to provide new en antiomerically pure styryl and dienyl oxides including also the corres ponding symmetrical and nonsymmetrical bisphosphine derivatives.
