Abstract
The hydrothermal reaction of MoO3 and 4,4'-bipyridylamine yields [Mo4O 13(Hbpa)(2)], a two-dimensional material constructed from molybdenum o xide chains linked through hydrogen bonding of the protonated pendant arms of the Hbpa(+) ligand.
