Abstract
An one year old Giant Schnauzer with chronic recurrent bloody diarrhea and unilateral chorioretinitis is presented. Disseminated protothecos is was diagnosed. Treatment with liposomal Amphotericin B failed. Hist opathologic examination revealed Prototheca in colon, eye, scrotum and muzzle.
