Abstract
A post mortem examination on a Pere David's deer reared on a deer farm in Kosewo (Mazurian Lakeland) revealed the presence of 215 specimens of Spiculopteragia suppereri in the abomasum. In spite of the fact tha t the world population of this particular deer species dwindled at one point in the last century to just a few individuals in China, a nemat ode species typical to it remained in existence.
