Abstract
We have examined the expression of ErbB2, ErbB3 and ErbB4 in developin g mouse cerebellum. ErbB2, ErbB3 and ErbB4 were all expressed in granu le cells during cerebellar development. However, the expression patter n for each ErbB receptor changed with the developmental stage. Variati ons of signal transduction pathway through combinations of these ErbB receptors might have important roles in controlling cerebellar postnat al development.
