We calculated the differential and total rates for the semileptonic de
cays of K-L(0) and K+/- mesons taking into account a linear q(2) depen
dence of the K-l3 form factors. As a case in point, we included these
rates into the calculation of the atmospheric neutrino flux at energie
s 1 to 100 TeV. The calculated neutrino spectra are between the earlie
r predictions, while the neutrino flavor ratio, R, is somewhat affecte
d by the K-l3 form factors. The R proves to be very sensitive to the c
ontribution of neutrinos from decay of charmed particles, providing an
additional method to test the charm production models in future exper
iments with large-volume neutrino telescopes.
