Abstract
The results of an experimental study of high-temperature measurements of photoinduced anisotropy and the first Raman spectra of the photoind uced anisotropic state of amorphous As50Se50 films are given. Two nove l photo-anisotropic phenomena were observed near the glass-transition temperature, T-g, and a possible explanation of these phenomena in ter ms of light-induced preferential bond breaking within crystalline clus ters or rotation of these clusters is suggested.
