Abstract
A case of laryngeal amyloidosis associated with a laryngocele is repor ted. Preoperative CT showed diffuse thickening of the epiglottis, arye piglottic folds and false vocal cords with well-defined calcific foci. MRI revealed contrast enhancement and increased signal intensity on T 2-weighted images.
