Abstract
A 37-year-old woman had visual changes. Magnetic resonance imaging sho wed an extraaxial mass in the anterior clinoid region that was presume d to be meningioma. There was no evidence of systemic or leptomeningea l disease. Pathologic findings were consistent with sarcoidosis. Isola ted mass-like neurosarcoidosis, without systemic or leptomeningeal dis ease is difficult to diagnose preoperatively.
