Abstract
Uveitis-glaucoma-hyphaema (UGH) syndrome is an unusual cause of transi ent monocular visual loss which may follow cataract extraction and int raocular lens implantation. If misdiagnosed as amaurosis fugax, patien ts may undergo unnecessary investigations and inappropriate treatment with aspirin.
