The temperature dependence of heat capacity of C-70 fullerene was stud
ied by calorimetry in the range between 6 and 390 K. Phase transitions
were established and their thermodynamic characteristics were determi
ned. From the experimental data obtained, the thermodynamic functions
H degrees (T) - H degrees (O), S degrees (T), G degrees (T) - H degree
s (O) for temperatures between 0 and 390 K were calculated. The result
s were used to calculate the standard values of Delta(f)S degrees, Del
ta(f)G degrees, and logK(f)degrees for the formation of C-70 from grap
hite.
