Abstract
We report malignant neoplasms of the breast and lung developed in two psoriatic patients after long-term treatment with low-dose cyclosporin A (CsA). A procarcinogen role of the drug cannot be ignored. Concern regarding the documented evidence from studies of organ transplant pat ients should be stressed in patients treated with low doses of CsA for chronic cutaneous inflammatory diseases.
