Abstract
Juxtaglomerular cell tumors are rare. This report presents a case of j uxtaglomerular cell tumor without hypertension. All previously reporte d cases showed marked hypertension, whereas this is the first case of juxtaglomerular cell tumor without hypertension. The immunohistochemis try and ultrastructure of this case are discussed.
