We determine the qqBAR pair creation probability in the color flux tub
e model including effects of non-Abelian interactions in the theory. I
t is suggested that the color field should be time dependent due to no
n-Abelian interactions and hence should oscillate with a characteristi
c collective frequency omega0, which depends on the field strength. Ou
r results show that in p-p and A-A collisions, either the perturbative
estimate (omega0 much greater than m) or multigluon ionization (omega
0 much less than m) process often gives the dominant contribution to t
he creation of qqBAR pairs
