Abstract
Six patients with granuloma faciale, including patients with multiple lesions,were treated successfully with cryosurgery. Granuloma faciale is known to be difficult to treat. Cryosurgery is an effective and min imally invasive therapy for this granulomatous inflammation of the ski n.lt should be considered as an alternative to dapsone.
