Abstract
Elastic and inelastic scattering cross sections of the system C-12+C-1 2 at several bombarding energies are calculated within a parameterfree model using the recently developed nonlocal energy-independent ban po tential. Comparison with the data indicates that such a calculation gi ves accurately the average values of the cross sections. The system C- 12+Li-11 is also discussed.
