The phase composition, crystallographic texture, micro- and macrostres
ses in vacuum evaporated Co-Fe films are studied. The coercive force H
-C, the field of magnetic saturation H-S and remanence ratio I-R/I-S a
re measured. Structural origin of magnetic properties are discussed. A
magnetic behaviour diagram have been built in the two-dimensional fie
ld- ''film thickness'' and ''Fe concentration'' pointing out 3 differe
nt magnetic states, namely: the ''thin-film'' ''supercritical'' and ''
bulk'' ones. The obtained results make it possible to control Co-Fe fi
lm magnetic properties in a wide range, including soft film manufactur
