Abstract
Photoinduced Hall currents are generated in a photorefractive strontiu m barium niobate crystal by excitation of non-steady-state holographic currents and by application of a modulated external magnetic field. E lectrons are the dominant photoinduced charge carriers, and the Hall m obilities mu for migration along and perpendicular to the c axis are d etermined as mu(parallel to c), = (4 +/- 1) x 10(-6) m(2) V-1 s(-1) an d mu(perpendicular to c) = (1.3 +/- 0.3) x 10(-6) m(2) V-1 s(-1).
