Abstract
LCA-CPG-nucleoside 5'-O-(O-beta-cyanoethyl-H-phosphonates) react with 3'-amino-2',3'-dideoxynucleoside in the presence of iodine giving in a high yield N3'-->P5' phosphoramidate oligonucleotides.
