Abstract
In the system sustaining complexing reactions, mass transfer frequentl y becomes intensified. This effect takes place in reactions in which m ulticharged cations undergo complexing with negatively charged ligands and which yield positively charged complex ions of a lesser charge. T he electrodiffusion problem is studied theoretically in a system with the complex formation for which kinetic Butler-Volmer equations are tr ue.
