Abstract
This research tested a model of intraorganizational power. Focusing on the library of liberal arts colleges, the model included power variab les, environmental variables, a technology index, and bases of power v ariables. Results showed that technology has a direct, yet slight, inf luence on the bases of power. The overall model, however, was not stat istically significant.
