Abstract
The principles are presented of constructing a numerical model of a ga s-phase chemical reactor for removal of toxic impurities from the comb ustion products of hydrocarbon fuels, which do not contain the condens ed phase. The concentration of chemically active components in a strea mer-type electric discharge is calculated, the main chemical reactions are discussed which lead to removal of harmful impurities, and the re sults are given of numerical calculations for real conditions.
